Measure
Inspect distances, lengths, radii, diameters, areas, angles, and other supported values from selected model faces and edges.
Purpose
Inspect distances, lengths, radii, diameters, areas, angles, and other supported values from selected model faces and edges.
Where to find it
Open Model, open Inspect, and choose Measure.
Selection
- Tap body Edges or Faces to add them to the measurement set. Tap a selected item again to remove it.
Steps
- Choose Measure.
- Select one or more supported edges or faces and read the reported rows.
- Use Clear to reset or Done to leave Measure.
Options
Result
Measure reports values without changing the project or adding a History feature.
Editing
Measurements are temporary; select geometry again whenever the model changes.
Troubleshooting
The desired value is not reported.
Select the specific edge or face that defines it, add a second item for relational measurements, and avoid STL reference meshes when exact CAD topology is required.
